Property Management Services:

HGC has provided the following services and capabilities to clients (businesses, corporate executives, and individuals) for the past six years in the fields of Property Management and Outsourcing/Vendor Management for projects ranging from the construction trades to IT/IS for their facilities and homes.


HGC utilizes project management’s systematic approaches/methodologies to acquire, create, capture, synthesize, learn and use information, insights, and experience to create performance and/or service contracts with vendors and consultants to provide services ranging from construction trades to IT/IS technology for at the clients place of business and corporate executives at their estates. HGC utilizes the latest technologies to develop smart homes and smart businesses with: audio/video, IT/IS, power (solar & wind), and wireless/X-10 lighting & appliance configurations based on user needs/requirements.
